The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to be part of the global marketing/corporate team. You will be working the global corporate team to drive Porter Novelli's global external vistibility as well as supporting new business initiatives and special projects. 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Ownership and day to day oversight of PN website and corporate social channels
  • Ongoing management and creation of PN New Business and Marketing assets (including but not limited to case studies, credential presentations and external marketing materials)
  • Award Strategy development and management (including copywriting support for agency entries)
  • Trade and Business partner management (including commercial relationships with trade partners such as PR Week, The Drum, SXSW, Sustainable Brands and associated suppliers)
  • Support on PN Internal Communications
  • Use and maximize marketing tools and software, including back-end website content management system, Google analytics, Act-On, Salesforce, etc.
  • Ownership of NB reporting for PN C-Suite and OPRG stakeholders (working in collaboration with regional growth leads)
  • NB Trend Analysis
  • Supporting Marketing Team, CMO and PN C-Suite with specific internal non-marketing or non-new business projects where appropriate and when signed off by CMO

The Experience That Will Contribute To Your Success

  • 3-4 years agency experience in an account management or marketing-focused role, experience working within another industry setting (such as working for a tech platform) also suitable
  • Track record with development award winning industry award entries
  • Strong writer
  • Can do attitude and ability to multi-task
  • Detail orientated
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders (both internal and external) at all levels
  • Experience working within a holding company an advantage
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Advanced abilities in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics or website platform technologies is a bonus
  • Location ideally NYC
